Once you sign up, you can download the GeneClinicX app [iOS App, Android App] from the relevant App Store. You can sign up using your Google account or email address, complete your Health Assessment Survey (HAS) in the App, and connect your Apple Health, Android Health Connect or Fitbit wearable to the App. 

A GeneClinicX Program Coordinator will contact you to schedule an introductory call with each of the following: The GeneClinicX Board Certified Clinician, your Personal GeneClinicX Coach / Nutritionist who will be your primary point of contact for the entire duration of your program, the GeneClinicX Yoga Coach and the GeneClinicX Physical Therapist. 

The GeneClinicX Program Coordinator will connect you with your Coach via WhatsApp. Engage with your Coach at your convenience for personalized advice and stay motivated.

You will receive a Body Composition Analysis (BCA) scale that will provide insight into your muscle mass, body fat, visceral fat, weight, etc. for a more  insightful view of your health parameters. 

You will get a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) sensor to understand how your body reacts to the  food you consume, as well as the impact your sleep, exercise and stress have on your blood glucose levels. 

A Heart Health Assessment (HHA) blood test will be done at the beginning of the program to check your key heart health blood parameters.  

Use the app regularly to log your meals and get feedback on what foods work for you and what don’t, log your strength training, get your activity and sleep through your wearable sensors and receive weekly insights through WhatsApp or your App into what is working for you and what you can do to improve things that aren’t. You should be able to experience the impact of the Program both quantitatively in your blood test and BCA parameters, as well as qualitatively in your energy levels throughout the day.
