What are the program benefits?

- Message your Coach or other domain expert anytime: Your personal Coach and our other domain experts are available on demand. Send them your questions, comments, and concerns, privately and as soon as they strike you, and receive scientifically sound, relevant, and practical responses during business hours.
- Personalized Habit, Meal, and Exercise Plans: These recommended lifestyle modifications and interventions are tailor made based on how you like to live your life and the constraints you face. They’re designed to be incrementally achievable so that the changes you adopt are easy to assimilate, sustain and, eventually, become habits.
- Log your meals and exercise activity, and use the Food Explorer feature: Download and install our easy-to-use GeneClinicX app and enjoy full access to everything you need, including all its state-of-the-art features, functions and resources, to achieve your improved healthspan goal.
- Ask Me Anything (AMA) Seminars and regular informational posts: These monthly seminars and weekly informational posts, delivered by nutrition, exercise and other experts, will bring you both live and curated content on the latest, health, wellness and lifestyle topics.
How does it work?
We start by analyzing your current health and lifestyle habits data, as well as your family history. Once we establish your health status, we apply to it the most advanced clinically and scientifically relevant expertise in cardiovascular health, insulin resistance, and other factors that impact longevity and quality of life, to recommend simple, personalized and actionable changes you can make in your daily life to improve your healthspan.
You’ll use an app to follow and log personalized habits, and exercise and meal recommendations.
With easy access to a personal Coach and our other domain experts to guide you along your health improvement journey, you’ll also be able to have all your questions answered to your satisfaction, as and when they arise.
