Here’s what you can expect

Once you install the GeneClinicX app on your phone and complete the Health Assessment Survey, we’ll recommend a personalized Health Plan, starting with a set of lifestyle behaviour modifications we call Habits.

Based on your food preferences, likes and dislikes, it will also include a Meal Plan that you can modify as you see fit using the Food Explorer feature in the app. You’ll also get an Exercise Plan built specifically for you, based on your goals and preferred level of commitment to regular exercise.

Use the app Inbox feature to ask us any questions on your mind, and get simple, practical, and timely responses that make sense. If your selected program level includes it, engage with your Coach at your convenience for personalized advice, to be held accountable, for validation and to stay motivated.
